What are Céline Concierge's business hours?

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CEST (Paris time), excluding French national holidays. During these hours, we are reachable by phone or email and available to handle emergencies.

What is Céline Concierge's availability outside of business hours?

Non-urgent requests sent outside business hours will be treated as received the next business day, and we usually respond within 2–3 working days (sometimes a bit longer during busy periods). While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, we can’t guarantee same-day availability for services like receiving deliveries or running errands.

Requests outside our standard hours, on weekends, or public holidays may incur a surcharge. For tasks that require our team to be on-site late (past public transport hours, e.g., after 9 PM), clients are asked to cover taxi costs so team members can get home safely.

What kind of services does Céline Concierge offer?

Céline Concierge specializes in luxury lifestyle support for travelers, expats, and residents in Paris. Our services include travel logistics, personalized itineraries, relocation assistance, property management, and concierge support. Our services are designed to be comprehensive and we tailor them as a package to cover exactly what you need for your individual situation, though we also offer à la carte services as needed for very specific requests.

Céline Concierge works with all types of travelers and residents. From navigating Paris with young children to planning romantic getaways, relocating abroad, or managing a property from afar—our services are thoughtfully tailored to support your lifestyle and needs.

How far in advance should I reach out to book your services?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially during peak seasons (May through July and September through December). Due to the personalized nature of our services, we take on a limited number of clients to ensure each receives the highest level of care. For best results, we suggest inquiring at least 6-8 weeks before your intended arrival or service start date to ensure our team’s availability to assist.

What’s the best way to get started working with your team?

To begin, please fill out the inquiry form on our Contact Page. If our team is available during your dates, we’ll invite you to a paid discovery call to discuss the scope of your goals and outline how our services can best support you, as well as any foreseeable roadblocks and how we would eventually navigate those. After the call, we’ll provide a personalized quote for moving forward and will let you know what the next steps and main deadlines would be.

Can you help if I don’t speak French?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are English-speaking travelers or expats navigating life in Paris. Our team is fluent in both English and French and is well-versed in the cultural nuances, paperwork, and day-to-day support that can make all the difference in helping you feel confident and cared for.

Are your services available year-round?

Yes. Our team works year-round to support clients with seasonal stays, relocations, long-term property needs, and special projects. That said, our availability may be limited during holidays or certain high-volume periods, so we recommend reaching out early to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Pricing & Policies

How does pricing work for your services?

All of our services are customized to the client’s specific needs, and pricing reflects the time, expertise, and coordination required. Before you engage our services, we share a personalized quote based on the complexity, timeline, and scope of the request(s) discussed in your discovery call.

Why is there a fee for the discovery call?

Our discovery call is a key part of the bespoke experience we provide. It covers the preparation, research, and team involvement required to advise you thoroughly and deliver a thoughtful, customized quote. The fee ensures dedicated time from our experts and reflects the value of our insight—even before services begin. It’s also a place to ask initial questions and for you to get a feel for the feasability of your request, to set your expectations to life as it is in France, as well as learn an overview of the steps and resources involved and how our services will contribute.

Are your services refundable?

In the event of cancelled trips or travel plans for our Trip Planning or Experience Curation Services, all service fees paid up to the date of termination are non-refundable. You will be responsible for payment of any ongoing work being performed by Céline Concierge up to the termination date and all outstanding charges must be paid within 7 calendar days of the termination date.

We take great care to outline the scope, expectations, and deliverables in advance, so you feel confident in your investment from the start! In some cases, we can obtain a partial refund on third-party services and purchases, but this will be dependent on the conditions of our partners and can therefore only be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

Is there a minimum spend required to work with you?

While we don’t have a fixed minimum, most of our clients invest a minimum of €1,000 or more per service outside of property management. For example, a weekend trip for two typically starts around €1,000, while property management services start at approximately €500 per month. These amounts represent the very minimum, and larger or more complex requests will naturally require a higher investment. If you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, we’re happy to guide you toward the service tier that best aligns with your needs and expectations.

When will I pay?

Payment is expected before the work starts all of our services. For monthly contracts, payment is expected at the start of the month. Our clients can expect an initial invoice for our service fees, plus additional invoices for purchases, etc.

Is there tax added?

Yes, 20% VAT (value-added tax) is added to our fees and is clearly shown on our quotes. When we quote prices without specifying, it is more than likely to be the TCC (Toutes Taxes Comprises) price, which means the tax is included. You are always welcome to confirm this with a team member to be sure.
