As Céline Concierge’s Client Success Manager, Grace is the bridge between our clients and their Parisian experiences. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and Sociology and a background in HR, Grace brings an innate understanding of people, communication, and cultural nuance to her role. She ensures that every client feels heard, cared for, and effortlessly guided through our bespoke services.
Originally from Kent, Grace arrived in Paris in 2009 for ESCP Business School, intending to stay for a short while. But love had other plans. Together with her husband and daughter, she now calls the City of Light home. As a coeliac, Grace has made it her mission to uncover the best gluten-free treats in Paris. Diana first moved to France after college to perfect her French and immerse herself in the country’s art and culture. After a decade back in the U.S. working in design and personal assistance, she followed her heart back to the City of Light. When she’s not tending to client properties, Diana can be found exploring the hidden corners of Paris with her dog, Bisou, always in search of the city’s best-kept secrets.
